The store is clean, well-organised, and has a good variety of trendy clothes at affordable prices. "My recent visit to the Zudio outlet in Alpha 2 was incredibly frustrating and fell far short of the brand’s usual standards. While Zudio is known for affordable fashion, the service at this specific location was unprofessional and dismissive. Rude and Aggressive Staff: The billing staff/billing personnel exhibited highly unprofessional behavior. Instead of being helpful, they were confrontational and aggressive when asked simple questions about service. Billing Delays: Despite the store being crowded, only one billing counter was operational out of the five available. This led to an unnecessarily long wait time and total chaos at the checkout area. Unavailability of Management: When I requested to speak with the Store Manager to address the billing issues and staff behavior, I was told he was "on lunch" at 5:40 PM. It is highly irregular for management to be unavailable during peak evening hours. Lack of Accountability: When I asked for a contact number or a way to reach the manager later, the staff (Raghvendra Singh) dismissively told me to "search for it yourself." This lack of basic customer service etiquette is unacceptable. The management at the Alpha 2 branch seems to have no control over the staff or the operational flow of the store. The combination of aggression and laziness makes for a terrible shopping environment. Suggestion: Avoid the Alpha 2 Zudio at all costs. If you want a much better experience, head over to the Zudio in Omaxe CP Mall. The staff there is polite, the store is better managed, and the overall atmosphere is far more welcoming."

"The women collection is not good but the men's collection is a little good. The staff is very bad, absolutely cheap and helpless. There is no staff at the billing counter. The staff has to be called for billing. The service is very bad."

"I want to share a very upsetting experience I had at Zudio, Thum Galleria Mall, near Delta Metro Station (Greater Noida, 201310, Uttar Pradesh). I visited the store on 27-Sep-2025 just to check out their collection of ladies' suits. I spent barely 10 minutes inside and did not buy anything, as I didn’t find what I was looking for. As I was exiting, the security scanner beeped, and the guard stopped me. He showed me a bracelet and claimed it had fallen from my purse. I was completely shocked as I had not purchased or touched any such item. Instead of trying to calmly resolve the situation, the staff started treating me like an accused shoplifter. When I asked them to verify with the CCTV footage, they refused and told me, "Your body language says it all." They ignored my request and continued humiliating me, even searching my purse in public view. I repeatedly told them I had not bought anything and had no idea how that item came near my purse. This treatment was extremely insulting and traumatic. Even when I requested to speak with a senior or review the CCTV to clear things up, my requests were denied. I walked out of the store feeling harassed and deeply disrespected, just for being a customer who chose not to buy something! I am sharing this not just for myself, but so that Zudio and Tata Group management take notice. No customer should be subjected to this kind of humiliation for no fault of theirs. I urge the store management to check their CCTV footage, offer an explanation, and train their staff in decent and respectful customer handling. A reputed brand must care about customer dignity above all."

"I literally had a very bad experience on 2 October 2025 around 8 pm. It was not the first time I was shopping in Zudio, but the experience I had was literally humiliating. I was shopping for beauty products when the guy named Vikram (not sure, confirm with your manager at the time, Akash) approached and asked me to stop roaming around and go to the billing counter with the product. I obliged and went to the billing counter. When I was done with billing and was leaving, he asked the person who was standing at the door to stop me. His name was Aman, and he asked me to show the bill. You guys don't give bills; they come on WhatsApp. So you should educate your staff or start giving bills. Thank God I did shopping.with card and I had transaction slip. When we showed all the products which we purchased and the slip. That loser Vikram started looking at my pocket. I had my car keys in it. I took them out and showed him. Then I was allowed to go. Most of the time I shop from Zudio, but I never had to go through this humiliation. I asked his manager, but when we confronted him, he didn't show any kind of remorse or felt guilty. I should have thrown that product of yours there, but I guess I was in shock. Truly, Zudio should stop hiring people like him, but I guess now I don't care because this was the last purchase I had with you guys. I pray this man loses his job or should get humiliated worse than I had to go through."
